Learn each step of the woodworking process: project design and planning, construction drawings, milling lumber, mortise and tenon joinery, construction, and finishing techniques. Experience hands-on how to design and complete beautiful art pieces which are also functional and durable – from small giftable items to larger pieces for your home.

  • This class, suitable for beginner and intermediate levels, focuses on foundational woodworking techniques and power tools. You’ll learn about different kinds of woods and how to choose them for both beauty and appropriate hardness for a project. Beginners will start by creating a charcuterie board and then progress to crafting a bandsaw box, covering each step of the woodworking process: project design and planning, construction drawings, milling lumber, joinery, construction, and finishing techniques.
    Learn how to design and complete beautiful art pieces that are also functional and durable—from small giftable items to larger pieces for your home. Choose from available projects or customize them to create your own designs.

  • This class, suitable for beginners and intermediate level turns. It will focus on fundamentals of turning and techniques. You’ll learn about different types of Wood and choose them for various beautiful projects. Beginners will start by creating wood pens and then progressing into learning how to turn bowls. The class will cover various steps of turning as well as project design and planning and construction, and finishing techniques.
