This series of fiber arts classes offers a creative and hands-on introduction to a variety of textile techniques, including Rigid Heddle and Multi-Harness Weaving, Sewing, and Crochet.
Students will explore both foundational and advanced skills, working on personalized projects with individual guidance. Whether you're weaving intricate patterns, learning to sew with confidence, or mastering crochet stitches, these classes are designed to support all levels and inspire creativity through fiber.

In this class, the instructor will consult with each student before class to determine what project they want to start with. This could be hand towels, scarves, shawls, table runners, or yardage for sewing. In order to add more interest to your weaving, we will also cover more advanced techniques

In this class, students will weave on a variety of multi harness looms that are 4 or 8 harness table and floor looms. Additional harnesses on a loom allows for a wider variety of woven structures that can be created.

This class focuses on beginner sewing concepts and techniques but also welcomes students who have sewn in the past and want a refresher or who want to hone their basic skills. Students will learn about the tools used in hand and machine sewing, fabric and notions (zippers, buttons, closures). Students will need to bring their sewing machine.

Learn and practice foundational stitches (such as, chain, single, double crochet, etc.) while developing the ability to read and follow crochet patterns. Students will explore different techniques and work on individual projects at their own pace with personalized guidance and support.
