Using fine merino wool and delicate fabrics such as silk, students will learn the art of nuno felting—atechnique that bonds wool fibers to fabric to create a soft, flowing textile.You will explore color blending, layout design, and the felting process while creating a one-of-a-kind scarf. No prior felting experience is necessary—beginners are welcome, and those with experience will enjoy experimenting with new textures and design possibilities.
By the end of the workshop you will leave with a finished or nearly finished scarf and the knowledge to continue crating at home.
