Join Amy Roper Lyons for Plique-à-Jour Bowl in 3D, a five-day deep dive into one of enamel’s most radiant techniques, and craft a delicate, luminous bowl in fine silver and enamel.

In this intensive five-day workshop, students will fabricate intricate, light-filled bowls by building a three-dimensional framework from fine silver wire. Then comes the magic: enamel is carefully suspended within the openings of the filigree and fired without a backing, relying on the physics of surface tension to hold molten glass in place, creating windows of glowing color and transparency.
